Teresa Pham has been active in Western Canada’s retail real estate sector since 2010, building a strong foundation through years of experience in sales, leasing, and client coordination. Her understanding of the retail asset class is rooted in practical, hands-on work and a deep engagement with the day-to-day realities of the industry. A graduate of the Real Estate Trading Services Program at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Teresa brings genuine enthusiasm to her work.

Throughout her career, Teresa has held a range of roles within commercial real estate, adapting to shifting market conditions and collaborating with clients across diverse sectors and provinces. Her ability to navigate change with clarity and foster productive relationships has helped her succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Greater Vancouver Food Bank

The Greater Vancouver Food Bank provides healthy, fresh food to individuals and families in need across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the North Shore. Operating without recurring government funding, it relies on public generosity and community partnerships to support over 160 agencies and thousands of monthly visits.
