An Honours Graduate from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Connor honed his skills at the fastest-growing commercial real estate brokerage firm in the world becoming a principal of the firm during his seven-year tenure. Daniel Lee
Partner
Daniel Lee is a highly accomplished professional in the field of Commercial Real Estate, currently serving as one of the founding partners of Tetra Realty Advisors Inc. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC, Daniel has amassed an impressive 17 years of experience in this industry.
Prior to his involvement with Tetra, Daniel dedicated 9 years of his career to a boutique retail tenant representation and advisory firm, followed by 7 years at a Nationally recognized brokerage. During this time, he honed his expertise in providing strategic guidance to clients and navigating the complexities of the commercial real estate market.
Daniel’s passion for his work led him to join a global commercial real estate company, where he spent the last 6 years. In this role, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s retail platform, demonstrating his ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the market.
Known for his exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset, Daniel thrives on engaging with his clients to discuss strategies, explore opportunities, and tackle challenges. He is committed to providing unwavering support to his clients while also inspiring and motivating the team at Tetra.
Outside of the office, Daniel finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and three boys. He can often be found shuttling his children to and from hockey rinks and soccer fields, embracing the joys and challenges of parenthood.
Jason Schouten
Partner & Managing Broker
Jason Schouten, with over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate sector, proudly stands as one of the four founding partners of Tetra Realty Advisors Inc. His professional career began in the early 2000’s working on development site acquisitions and existing portfolio leasing for a prominent local development company. In 2006, Jason transitioned into the brokerage sector, gaining experience in retail practices across British Columbia and Western Canada.
Over the years, Jason has been fortunate to work with some of the best in class national and international retail companies, assisting them and their development associates in crucial areas like site selection, market and demographic analysis, leasing/acquisition strategies, and strategic expansion planning. His hands-on involvement in negotiations and roll-out services has further solidified his reputation as a trusted authority in the field.

Eric Berard
Eric Berard joins Tetra Realty Advisors following 10 years working with the retail services group of a leading international real estate brokerage in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to working in real estate, he attended Queen’s University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
Throughout his tenure in Ontario, Eric specialized in retail leasing, sales and advisory services. He prides himself on the long-term partnerships he’s developed through a client driven approach and a commitment to delivering bespoke real estate solutions. Eric acts on behalf of global publicly traded and private corporations, as well as premium local operators.

Jacob Schmidt is a dynamic commercial real estate professional who, since joining the industry in 2022, has honed his knowledge in the Western Canadian retail markets. Prior to Tetra Realty Advisor’s Jacob worked at the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate brokerage. There, he supported the retail division on a variety of functions including investment projects, representation of both landlords and tenants, client correspondence, and back-end account management.
Early in his career, Jacob has already taken on pivotal roles that have challenged his adaptability and problem-solving skills. Corinna Phillips is an experienced professional with a diverse background. With seven years in the service industry, she’s worked in various roles that have truly shaped her expertise. Starting as a receptionist in an architecture firm, she quickly moved up the corporate ladder to become an Office Coordinator and Development Assistant within a real estate development company. As a Sales and Leasing Assistant at Tetra Realty Advisors, Corinna’s responsibilities include upkeeping the retail comparables database, producing marketing and listing resources, and supporting the Partners in all aspects of their business.
