Eric Berard
Associate Vice President
Eric Berard joined Tetra Realty Advisors following 10 years working with the retail services group of a leading international real estate brokerage in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to working in real estate, he attended Queen’s University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
Throughout his tenure in Ontario, Eric specialized in retail leasing, sales and advisory services. He prides himself on the long-term partnerships he’s developed through a client driven approach and a commitment to delivering bespoke real estate solutions. Eric acts on behalf of global public and private corporations, as well as premium local operators.

Amber joins Tetra Realty Advisors as Director of Client Services, bringing a strong understanding of the retail landscape across Western Canada in both primary and secondary markets. In her role, she plays a key part in driving client-focused strategies that support their objectives and create long-term value. Known for her collaborative style, strategic mindset, and attention to detail, Amber brings a proactive approach to every engagement, helping ensure smooth and timely execution across all aspects of the client experience. Her commitment to service excellence and strong relationship-building skills help foster long-term partnerships and client success. Before joining Tetra, Amber spent over five years with a top-performing team at a national brokerage, where she gained hands-on experience across the full spectrum of the retail asset class. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.

Prior to his involvement with Tetra, Daniel dedicated 9 years of his career to a boutique retail tenant representation and advisory firm, followed by 7 years at a Nationally recognized brokerage. During this time, he honed his expertise in providing strategic guidance to clients and navigating the complexities of the commercial real estate market.
Daniel’s passion for his work led him to join a global commercial real estate company, where he spent the last 6 years. In this role, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s retail platform, demonstrating his ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the market.
Known for his exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset, Daniel thrives on engaging with his clients to discuss strategies, explore opportunities, and tackle challenges. Jillian is an ambitious professional in commercial real estate, joining Tetra Realty Advisors as Transaction Manager. She holds a Marketing Management Diploma specialized in the real estate sector from BCIT, where she developed valuable business communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
During her studies, Jillian served as Vice President of the BCIT Marketing Association, leading a team of executives and overseeing strategic initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement projects. This sharpened her leadership and strategic planning abilities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Prior to joining Tetra Realty Advisors, Jillian served as an intern at both an international commercial real estate brokerage and developer, supporting senior executives on business development initiatives and market research, conducting competitive analyses, and developing strategic recommendations. Jason Schouten, with over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate sector, proudly stands as one of the four founding partners of Tetra Realty Advisors Inc. His professional career began in the early 2000’s working on development site acquisitions and existing portfolio leasing for a prominent local development company. In 2006, Jason transitioned into the brokerage sector, gaining experience in retail practices across British Columbia and Western Canada.
