Jillian is an ambitious professional in commercial real estate, joining Tetra Realty Advisors as Transaction Manager. She holds a Marketing Management Diploma specialized in the real estate sector from BCIT, where she developed valuable business communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

During her studies, Jillian served as Vice President of the BCIT Marketing Association, leading a team of executives and overseeing strategic initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement projects. This sharpened her leadership and strategic planning abilities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Prior to joining Tetra Realty Advisors, Jillian served as an intern at both an international commercial real estate brokerage and developer, supporting senior executives on business development initiatives and market research, conducting competitive analyses, and developing strategic recommendations. These experiences deepened her understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and solidified her passion for the industry.

Outside of real estate, Jillian honed her interpersonal skills and adaptability through customer-facing roles and as a competitive dancer.
