Jason Schouten, with over 20 years experience in the  commercial real estate sector, proudly stands as one of the four founding partners of Tetra Realty Advisors Inc. His professional career began in the early 2000’s working on development site acquisitions and existing portfolio leasing for a prominent local development company. In 2006, Jason transitioned into the brokerage sector, gaining experience in retail practices across British Columbia and Western Canada.

Over the years, Jason has been fortunate to work with some of the best in class national and international retail companies, assisting them and their development associates in crucial areas like site selection, market and demographic analysis, leasing/acquisition strategies, and strategic expansion planning. His hands-on involvement in negotiations and roll-out services has further solidified his reputation as a trusted authority in the field.

Salmon Arm BayNature Enhancement Society (SABNES)

The SABNES Endowment supports the Salmon Arm Bay Nature Enhancement Society (SABNES), an organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural values of the Salmon Arm waterfront. Greater Vancouver Food Bank

The Greater Vancouver Food Bank provides healthy, fresh food to individuals and families in need across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the North Shore. Operating without recurring government funding, it relies on public generosity and community partnerships to support over 160 agencies and thousands of monthly visits.
