His early involvement in the full retail lifecycle—from site selection and lease negotiation to account management—has shaped a hands-on, results-focused approach grounded in strategic thinking and client service.
Before joining Tetra, Jacob was part of the retail division at one of the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate firms. There, he supported both landlord and tenant mandates through market research, transaction coordination, client reporting, and complex investment analysis. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Gustavson School of Business, where he concentrated on business strategy and market analysis. He continues to build his professional edge through mentorship from senior industry professionals and active engagement in the commercial real estate community.
