Evan Smith is a dedicated professional in commercial real estate, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). During his studies, he spent five years competing at the national USPORT level with the TRU WolfPack men’s basketball team, demonstrating discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic both on and off the court.

As a student-athlete, Evan developed key strengths in leadership, teamwork, and time management – skills that have translated seamlessly into his professional career. Balancing athletics and academics shaped his mindset around preparation, adaptability, and collaboration.
