Eric Berard joined Tetra Realty Advisors following 10 years working with the retail services group of a leading international real estate brokerage in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to working in real estate, he attended Queen’s University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Throughout his tenure in Ontario, Eric specialized in retail leasing, sales and advisory services. He prides himself on the long-term partnerships he’s developed through a client driven approach and a commitment to delivering bespoke real estate solutions. Eric acts on behalf of global public and private corporations, as well as premium local operators.

The board is composed of passionate animal advocates with diverse backgrounds in veterinary care, rescue work, and community service. Their shared goal is to create a safe haven for animals and promote humane treatment throughout the region.

Food Banks of Saskatchewan

Food Banks of Saskatchewan is a provincial association that supports 36 registered food banks across Saskatchewan, working collaboratively to fight hunger and food insecurity. Through advocacy, community engagement, and donor support, it strengthens local efforts to serve individuals and families in need.

Greater Vancouver Food Bank

The Greater Vancouver Food Bank provides healthy, fresh food to individuals and families in need across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the North Shore. Operating without recurring government funding, it relies on public generosity and community partnerships to support over 160 agencies and thousands of monthly visits.
