Daniel Lee is a highly accomplished professional in the field of Commercial Real Estate, currently serving as one of the founding partners of Tetra Realty Advisors Inc. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC, Daniel has amassed an impressive 17 years of experience in this industry.

Prior to his involvement with Tetra, Daniel dedicated 9 years of his career to a boutique retail tenant representation and advisory firm, followed by 7 years at a Nationally recognized brokerage. During this time, he honed his expertise in providing strategic guidance to clients and navigating the complexities of the commercial real estate market.

Daniel’s passion for his work led him to join a global commercial real estate company, where he spent the last 6 years. In this role, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s retail platform, demonstrating his ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the market.

Known for his exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset, Daniel thrives on engaging with his clients to discuss strategies, explore opportunities, and tackle challenges. He is committed to providing unwavering support to his clients while also inspiring and motivating the team at Tetra.

Outside of the office, Daniel finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and three boys. He can often be found shuttling his children to and from hockey rinks and soccer fields, embracing the joys and challenges of parenthood.

Summerland Rotary Club

Founded in 1945 under the sponsorship of the Kelowna Downtown Rotary Club, it has a proud legacy of over 75 years of community service. Guided by the Rotary motto “Service Above Self,” the club is recognized as one of the top-performing clubs in its district, which spans parts of British Columbia and Washington State. The club fulfills all five avenues of Rotary service: Club, Community, International, Vocational, and Youth Service. Foundry Sunshine Coast Community Services

Foundry Sunshine Coast is a collaborative initiative offering free and confidential health and wellness services to youth aged 12–24, including mental health care, substance use support, sexual and physical healthcare, and peer support. Hosted by the Sunshine Coast Community Services Society, it brings together local partners to support young people and their families across the Lower Sunshine Coast.

Greater Vancouver Food Bank

The Greater Vancouver Food Bank provides healthy, fresh food to individuals and families in need across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the North Shore. Operating without recurring government funding, it relies on public generosity and community partnerships to support over 160 agencies and thousands of monthly visits.
