With a mission to empower people of all abilities, SaskAbilities operates under a client-centered, goal-oriented approach, guided by values of respect, honesty, compassion, and innovation.

Helping Hands Centre of Brandon, Inc.

The Helping Hands Centre of Brandon, Inc. is a non-profit community organization that strives to serve nutritious, hot, three-course meal five days per week — often to over 175 patrons per day. All of this work is done with the help of four staff persons and a contingent of volunteers. Helping Hands is not only a soup kitchen; we also provide a social and working atmosphere among peers. We are proud to be a work placement for these special volunteers who give so much to their community!

Greater Vancouver Food Bank

The Greater Vancouver Food Bank provides healthy, fresh food to individuals and families in need across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the North Shore. Operating without recurring government funding, it relies on public generosity and community partnerships to support over 160 agencies and thousands of monthly visits.
