Comma, 3475 Fraser Street

Comma Fraser is a 6-storey, 104-unit purpose-built rental development by Rize Alliance, situated at the corner of Fraser Street and 19th Avenue in Vancouver’s Fraserhood neighbourhood. The project features over 13,000 sq ft of at-grade retail across 6 units. We were engaged to lease the entire commercial component on behalf of Rize, successfully securing a full roster of operators and delivering a fully activated retail streetfront that enhances both the development and the neighbourhood.
