Stephanie Gaydosh’s career has taken her from negotiating leases as a broker to managing them as a client, and now to building something that bridges both. She holds a a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and serves as Director, Portfolio Management at Tetra Realty Advisors Inc.

She began her career at a global commercial real estate brokerage, where she provided transaction management and advisory services to clients within Western Canada. She then moved to the client side to become the Real Estate Manager at Specsavers, one of the fastest growing optical retail networks in Canadian history. There, she first oversaw real estate strategy for Western Canada, then stepped up to steward the company’s national store portfolio as it scaled into one of the country’s largest optical providers. That dual experience, as both advisor and tenant inside a rapidly expanding brand, gives Stephanie a rare, well-rounded view of the decisions clients face.

Now, Stephanie is channeling that experience into a new service line at Tetra, giving clients ongoing, hands-on oversight of their real estate portfolios. She sees herself as a long-term partner, someone clients can count on to keep their real estate aligned with where their business is headed next. A strategic thinker who genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients, Stephanie finds real satisfaction in helping businesses navigate big decisions with clarity and confidence.
